A parody video depicting how gamers eat their food has become another YouTube sensation reaching over one million views and 15,000 likes in less than a week.

The 1.15-minute video uploaded by Mr. TVCow showcased how different game personalities devoured the food on their table too immersedly in their own games that they forgot to eat or sleep.

One personality shown is Skyrim from the action role-playing game who magnetized the food to his hands and it disappeared without him even lifting a finger.

Another personality, Assassin's Creed, from the historical fiction action-adventure open world stealth video game jumped from above and picked one small pinch of his food before running out again to resume his game.

From the game about breaking and placing blocks Minecraft, the gamers eat their food by throwing them into his mouth breaking them into pieces. Another gamer from the first-person puzzle-platform video game Portal reached out from the sides to eat his food.

The Thief from the series of stealth video games devoured his food by staying under the table and stealing the food showing his hand reaching the plate. For the gritty, authentic, open-world survival horror hybrid-MMO game DayZ, the gamer picked up pieces of food and shoved them into the backpack he was carrying.

For the third-person shooter video game Max Payne, the gamer shoots the food and quickly disappears while the gamer of first-person shooter video game Bioshock Infinite pulls up a cat into the table patting it first before taking away the food. Meanwhile, gamers of the stealth video game Hitman shoot the food with two bullets before eating it out.

Funny it seems but the video truly captured the real situation of people who have been hooked into violent video games. People who have been addicted to playing violent games don't want to take time to eat properly or eat healthy and balanced food. Most often, they eat instant and unhealthy food or in worst cases, do not eat at all.

According to a research conducted by The Ohio State University, playing violent video games posed risks beyond the well-studied impacts on aggression.

Prof. Brad Bushman, co-author of the research and professor of communications and psychology The Ohio State University, said, "When people play violent video games, they show less self-restraint. They eat more, they cheat more."
