Different leaks have suggested the next iPhone 6 will pack a larger screen display.

Rumors of two larger iPhones arriving this year have been going around for the past months. As production of the handsets began, some of the alleged parts started to leak in Chinese Web sites like Weibo.

Two unrelated leaks seemed to confirm iPhones 6 was already in the works with 4.7-inch screen panel. According to iPhonefaq.com, these iPhone 6 parts point to displays with the same aspect ratio as the existing iPhone 5 and 5s. This was supported by a report from Reuters, saying Apple is working on two variants of iPhone 6 - one with 4.7 inches screen panel and the other with 5.5 inches display.

Apple has been hesitant to increase the screen size of its flagship smartphone for the sake of the developers. Having the same aspect ratio makes it easier for app developers. Changes to the display can require significant work for developers to accommodate a new device.

Aside from the alleged screen displays, iPhone 6 digitizers and batteries were also caught in camera. The photos of iPhone 6 battery were spotted in nowhereelse.fr and hinted the internal redesign and the larger overall battery size. A bigger battery was apt to power bigger screen.

Also, iPhone 6 accessories were seen at this year's Hong Kong trade show although Apple has not announced the official specs and features of the upcoming iPhone 6.

Meanwhile, iPhone 6 was also rumored to pack features such as A8 processor, iOS 8 and touchID fingerprint sensor.

As for iPhone 6 release date, the new flagship smartphone was expected to arrive at the Worldwide Developers' Conference on June 2 at Moscone West in San Francisco, according to Apple's press release.

WWDC was the original release date of iPhone and it was usually paired with a new operating system. This year, Apple will show off the iOS 8. Other reports claimed iPhone 6 will be released either in September or October.
