Prince George Has Three Similarities With New Lookalike John III
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s son, Prince George, has a doppelganger from. The parents of the royal’s lookalike recently talked about how their son, John III, also has some similarities with his personality to Prince George.
According to Hello Magazine, the similarity starts with the lookalike having a “regal name,” John III. Second, John III’s family in a town called London. Then the toddler’s father, John, also noted how his son is just as expressive and happy as Prince George, after he saw photos of the little royal playing with his mum Kate Middleton at the recent Festival of Polo.
"When we go to picnics or family events or parties he's always happy and he's always smiling. It's nice to see that people are sharing his expression,” he told Hello Magazine.
John III’s father also recalled how his son had pointed out for himself that he looked like Prince George. Little John reportedly pointed out a photo of the royal from a magazine and said,” Hey look that’s me.”
During the exclusive interview with Hello Magazine, the father also shared how his son’s instant fame had affected the family. While he revealed not finding his son to be Prince George’s lookalike, he admitted that some people have often commented on the resemblance. "I don't see it that much, but people have come up to us and said our son looks like Prince George," he said.
John III reportedly became known as Prince George’s lookalike after a photo of the toddler went viral on social media. This photo taken by his father during a trip to Walmart went viral after the toddler’s 17-year godfather posted it on Reddit. John admitted that he didn’t mean for the photo to get that much attention. “I sent it to my niece and nephew and he posted it on Reddit and it just went from there,” he revealed, and added that “it wasn’t set up or anything.”
John III is among the other toddlers to have been described as Prince George’s lookalike. Mirror UK once shared a photo of another 2-year old who also looks like the royal. Tommy Cox from Colchester, Essex, is reportedly also the prince’s doppelganger based on his chubby cheeks, brown eyes and he also has a mum named Kate.
