Last week's reports say that the New HTC One release date will be revealed soon. Now, the details finally came and it appears that HTC is not only set to one-up the Samsung Galaxy S5 but the iPhone 6 as well by releasing the New HTC One the same day it is announced.

Typically, smartphones are launched and release date follows after a couple of weeks - most of the time, more than 30 days after the initial announcement. Although this move makes sense to keep things in order before the release date, HTC doesn't want to do the same this year. Basically, it wants to take advantage of the hype with immediate release.

The New HTC One release date will be in March 25, in London at least. The next generation HTC smartphone will be available in some stores minutes after it is unveiled, Carphone Warehouse confirmed.

According to Carphone Warehouse, the New HTC One will be available online and in retail stores just minutes after its launch in March 25. Basically, you can just walk to selected stores and pick up the latest flagship smartphone in March 25.

This move is pretty new in fact, previously, even HTC is known to take over a month from its launch to release its devices in the market. Thus far, there is no mention of a U.S. release date but a similar approach is quite likely.

The New HTC One will sport a 5 inches 1080p display, 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, microSD card slot, 32GB of storage and new Duo Camera with two rear cameras. Although HTC made a number of additional enhancements to the New HTC One it has managed to keep the overall sleek design, front facing speakers and aluminium shell from its predecessor.

It appears that, there will be six different locations throughout UK for the launch of the New HTC One. It has already been confirmed that the New HTC One will be available form T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and possibly on regional carriers as well. Verizon and T- Mobile are rumoured to have full retail ready New HTC One already.
