A criminal charge has been put on a man who ostensibly recorded videos of users using his toilet. The camera was found by one of the victim.

A faction of people went to a private residence on 27th March after a night out at a pub located in Boggabri, northern New South Wales.

A 29 year old woman went to the bathroom around 1 am to use the toilet only to find a mobile phone recording. The woman then watched the recording, apprehended the mobile phone and just left the gathering.

A police report was lodged regarding the matter and a 36 year old man was arrested at the property yesterday.

According to an article in NEWS.com.au, the police stated that the man will be charged for going into the residence's bathroom and setting up his personal mobile phone to record videos of people going into the toilet.

The man has been charged with filming people in private without assent and will be facing the Narrabri Local Court on the 25th May.
