The iconic singer Lady Gaga experienced her first "Marilyn Monroe moment" with the former President Bill Clinton for his benefit concert "A Decade of Difference."

"I always wanted to have one, and I was hoping that it didn't involve pills and a strand of pearls," she said jokingly about wanting to have an experience the same with Monroe's.

Lady Gaga was one of the many performers that participated in the benefit concert. The concert was a celebration for a decade of Clinton's foundation which promotes to strengthen economies, to protect the environment, and to improve global health to provide healthier childhoods.

During the concert Lady Gaga opted for what looks like a wavy platinum blonde colored hair matched with bright red lipstick, similar to Marilyn Monroe. Just like Monroe who famously sang "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to the late President John F. Kennedy in 1962, Lady Gaga did her own rendition. Instead of singing "Bad Romance," Gaga changed some lyrics and called the song "Bill Romance" in which the former President Clinton was more than pleased.

"I thought, 'My God. I get Lady Gaga, and I will have a heart attack celebrating my 65th birthday," he said about the singer's performance.

"I am the only person in history who got to be President and then had a post-presidential birthday party attended by both Lady Gaga and the Secretary of State," Clinton said on stage. "I want to thank Hillary because we met 40 years ago this year. When I met her, she was already doing the kind of work you see here long before it was cool."
