ISIS is threatening to storm the White House and behead United States President Barack Obama in a newly released video. A masked militant is seen from the footage standing over a Kurdish soldier with hands to his back. The ISIS fighter threatened to transform the U.S. into a “Muslim Province” as part of ISIS’ caliphate.

In the video, the militant declared with confidence that ISIS will reach America. Aside from threatening the life of the U.S. president, the ISIS fighter also warned France about more attacks resulting in death and destruction. The militant promised that Belgium will also experience similar attacks.

Before the militant executed the Kurdish soldier, the militant threatened to send back the head of soldiers every time the U.S.-led coalition forces launch a missile at ISIS targets. “Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and turn America into a Muslim province,” the executioner said in a message for Mr Obama. He warned that ISIS will come with car bombs and explosives then proceed to cut off heads.

Kurdish leader Masoud Barazini was also threatened in the video. The masked man said ISIS militants are coming to behead him as ISIS “fears no one.” He announced that ISIS will institute the laws of Allah, “may he be exalted and praised.”

The militant then directed his attention to the Kurdish solider who was about to be executed. The ISIS fighter accused the soldier of killing children and bombed civilians. According to the Inquisitr, the beheading video was shown on Memri TV then translated to Arabic before making headlines around the world.

Meanwhile, an Israeli analyst working for a cyber intelligence company in Singapore claimed he has discovered concrete evidence that a terror cell with alleged links to ISIS is using Bitcoin as one way of raising money to fund operations. Haaretz reports that it is already known that terrorists use the Internet for recruiting and raising money. Previous reports have indicated that ISIS may be using Bitcoin since the digital currency allows anonymous transactions.

Ido Wulkan said this was the first time that evidence has been found linking an ISIS cell to Bitcoin fundraising. He believes it might be a one-time fundraising effort, or worse, only a hoax but it points to a worrying trend that militants can have access to Bitcoin. The information the analyst gathered has been turned over to various authorities tracking ISIS activities.
