The upcoming episodes are likely to explore the possibility of romance between the two. The episode 3 of "Homeland," which is titled "Salwar Kameez," will see Quinn confronting his true feelings for Carrie.

TV Line is reporting that there is a "major movement" in Carrie and Quinn's storyline in Sunday's episode. According to the report, "... Quinn is forced to confront his true feelings for Carrie (and the collateral damage those feelings have incurred)." It also hints about an "impromptu confession" from Carrie that she is going to regret.

According to E! Online, Quinn is going to have an open, honest conversation with the motel manager. He will be in a brooding mood. E! Online also reveals that Quinn wants to quit CIA and that Carrie is surprised to see a visitor in Islamabad in Episode 3.

In the sneak peek, Dar Adal can be seen telling Quinn that it is not about PTSD but it is about his feelings for Carrie. In the premiere episode, Sandy Beckham was beaten to death by a blood-thirsty mob while Quinn and Carrie managed to escape from there. In the sneak peek, Adal is holding Quinn's feelings for Carrie responsible for the shocking death of Beckham. If she was not there in the car, Beckham would have been alive, Adal says to Quinn. He is also seen telling Quinn, "You took your eyes off Sandy to save Carrie." This conversation is likely to force Quinn to confront his feelings for Carrie.
