So maybe Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson had us all fooled with his cutesy version of the 'exclusive movie poster' on the Fast & Furious 7 (see it here), but Director James Wan really did leak a first look on the FF7's real movie poster.

The Director Instagrammed this photo of him and Tyrese in front of the said movie poster last week:

We'd appreciate it if you guys didn't pose in front of the poster so we could finish ogling it, but sure, that's how you guys wanted it. Such teasers.

Okay, so maybe it's just a partial first look, but it is a first look nonetheless isn't it?

James Wan, a Malaysian-born Australian-producer-turned director, was confirmed to be taking over the Fast and Furious franchise when Justin Lin put the brakes on being the director after Universal Pictures fast-tracked the release in 2014.

The 36-year-old director is making a huge leap from his usual horror-themed movies to action. He is the same man behind the Saw horror film franchise, widely known for creating John Kramer's creepy miniature puppet, Billy. He was also the director of movies Dead Silence, Death Sentence and Insidious.

He was confirmed to direct Insidious: Chapter 2 which commenced filming on January. It is set to be released on Aug 30, 2013.

He also directed the recent supernatural horror The Conjuring, which was released just this July. See his interview with Empire Magazine about The Conjuring below:

Filming for Fast and Furious 7 is set to begin sometime this month and is set to be released on July 11, 2014.
