Cast member Sebastian Stan has shared the first behind-the-scenes photograph from the sets of “Captain America: Civil War.” He will be reprising his role as the Winter Soldier in the upcoming movie. The movie will also feature a few new superhero characters.

Bucky Barnes will soon be back. Sebastian Stan shared this photo from the sets of his upcoming movie. The image does not reveal the new costume of the Winter Soldier and only shows the actor posing for the image, with a few crew members in the background. “Having a weekend,” the post reads.

This will be the third standalone movie from the franchise that will feature Chris Evans in a lead role. After the events of the 2014 movie, Steve Rogers had felt the need to go in search of his long lost friend who had been turned against the superhero by the agents of a villainous organisation called Hydra.

Bucky Barnes did not appear in “Avengers 2,” but there will be many characters from the movie who will appear in “Captain America: Civil War.” Regal Cinemas official Twitter page shared this image of some of the superheroes who will be seen in the upcoming movie.

The image shows Natasha Romanoff, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, the Vision, Winter Soldier, Falcon, War Machine, Ant-Man and Steve Rogers. Marvel announced some of the cast members and their respective roles in the upcoming movie on May 6.

The upcoming movie will see one of the biggest collections of superheroes, apart from the “Avengers” movies. While the movie will introduce Black Panther, characters like Scarlet Witch and the Vision were introduced in the most recent Marvel movie. This will also be the first movie where Ant-Man will be seen alongside Steve Rogers.

The role of Martin Freeman in the movie has still not been disclosed by the producers. The actor is popular for playing the role of young Bilbo Baggins in the “Hobbit” trilogy. The role of cast member Daniel Bruhl was also not disclosed in the announcement.

While filming for “Captain America: Civil War” is currently ongoing at the Pinewoods Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, the cast and crew members will also have to travel to Germany, Puerto Rico and Iceland to shoot a few scenes. With the box office success of “Avengers 2,” expectations are high on the next Marvel movie.
