“The Young and the Restless” episode for June 8 will all about creating alliances and making up. Adam may need to make a tough decision to save himself, while Victoria and Travis leave the past behind them.

This episode showcases the characters of Victoria Newmann Abbott (Amelia Heinle), Travis (Michael Roark), and Meredith (Alicia Coppola), Paul (Doug Davidson) and Victor (Eric Braeden).

It is reported that Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) needs to save himself. He does this by siding with an enemy.

Also, the episode will show Victoria and Travis making up. This is an aftermath of their last argument where Victoria offered help and monetary assistance to Travis. However, he turned down her offer. This made Victoria doubt and question their relationship, We Love Soaps reports.

The episode will also show Meredith, who will lie to Paul. She will do this for Victor to get a date in exchange. In the previous episode, Meredith started becoming intimate with Victor. He met with her in the infirmary and told her that he was surprised by their intimacy, which was completely wrong and unprofessional. Despite that, they started kissing passionately.

Looking back on the previous episode, an intense confrontation between Victoria and Victor occurred. Victoria told Chelsea and Adam that they should stop Victor because she thinks he is the one responsible for the oil spill fiasco by the Newmans. They talk about his international connections and his desire to get revenge. Victoria expresses her guilt that she may be responsible for the problem, as she was not paying attention. However, Adam says that she should not think that way because that is what Victor wants, Soap She Knows writes.

In other Y&R news, the show’s alumna, Marissa Ramirez, who played Carmen Mesta in the show’s 2006-2007 run, just announced the arrival of her baby. She gave birth to Violet Rae on May 29.

“The Young and Restless” is a soap opera set in Genoa City. The Abbotts and the Newmans control power in the city. The story revolves around their ups and downs, business battles and lust for power. It airs weekdays on CBS. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
