The June 7 episode on “The Young and the Restless” contains a lot of confrontations and accusations between Victoria and Victor, and Summer and Nick. It focuses on the oil spill fiasco and who might have done it. Also, allies and enemies would be clearer now.

This episode showcases the characters of Summer Newman (Hunter Haley King), Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow), Luca Santori (Miles Gaston Villanueva), Victoria Newman Abbott (Amelia Heinle), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Victor ‘Adam’ Newman (Justin Hartley), Chelsea Lawson Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), Travis (Michael Roark), and Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan).

In this episode, Summer will tell Nick that she is living with Luca, We Love Soaps writes. He would have a confrontation with summer about the nature of their relationship. Summer would make a surprise visit to Luca.

Victoria will visit Victor. She will confront him on what he did to sabotage the Newman’s oil rigs, Full TV Shows writes, and he would be outraged by the accusation. She is convinced that Victor was the one who engineered the oil spill. The event that occurred was a publicity and financial nightmare for the company.

More so, since Victoria thinks that Victor did it, she would go to Adam to ask for input. She also does a little digging to know who her enemies are and who her allies are. Upon talking to Adam, Victoria and Chelsea agree that the oil spill fiasco is part of Victor’ revenge plot against them.

Also, Victoria will offer assistance to Travis. However, he turns down her money. Eventually, she will start to doubt her relationship with him.

The episode would also involve a revelation as Nick discovers something startling about Sage. He and Phyllis would join forces. Hilary will try to force herself into Jack’s life.

“The Young and the Restless” is a soap opera about power in Genoa City. The Abbotts and the Newmans are the upper class in the city. The show focuses on their ups and downs, their lust for power and business battles. It airs on CBS every 12:30 p.m. on weekdays. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
