It's not just another pair of shoes. Kanye West's limited edition Yeezy Boost 350 is a special pair of sneakers for which people are ready to stand in a queue up for long hours.

So, what is so special about the shoes that are called Yeezy Boost 350, especially black? “I like Kanye,” one of the customers named Nolan Kim told Sun Times Network. “I like his style, so I wanted his shoes.”

Kim stood in queue for more than hour outside the Adidas store in Chicago on Saturday to grab his pair of shoes. He was one of the thousand customers who made online reservations for rapper's new shoes. Other customers said that the shoes designed by West are “dope” and “look good and comfortable.

Meanwhile, the scene outside Adidas store in Westfield Sydney too is similar to that in Chicago, Sydney Morning Herald reports. Thousands have queued up outside the Adidas store so that they can get their name in lucky draw of people who will be given the chance to buy the AU $ 260 shoe in black colour.

"I just like the shoes. It's not about Kanye," Michael Irawan, an Aussie teenager told SMH. "They look so good."

The Yeezy Boosts black have become one of the most coveted pair of sneakers and people are doing whatever they can to grab a pair of their own. Many people, mostly students, however are also buying the sneakers to sell them at inflated price (up to $ 1000- $1900 a pair) on eBay so that they are able to fund their “tuition fee.”

Reality star Kylie Jenner too was seen flaunting her brother-in-law-designed pair of Yeezy Boost 350 on her Instagram. The teenager has the shoes in two colours—grey and black.

West debuted the Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost shoes as part of his Fall/Winter 2015 partnership line with Adidas at New York Fashion Week in February. The Yeezy Boost 350 is the latest shoe from his collection.
