X-Factor USA Judge Demi Lovato Sparks Romance Rumours on the Eve of Nude Photo Scandal and Season 3 Premiere [PHOTOS/VIDEO]

X-Factor USA judge Demi Lovato has sparked another romance rumour after she was recently spotted having lunch with on and off boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama. The snap came on the eve of the Season 3 premiere of the X-Factor USA to which she serves as a returning judge. It also comes after the nude photo scandal that has been haunting her since her 21st birthday on Aug. 20.

Accompanied by three others, the pair was pictured having a great day on a trip to Disney land. Both Demi and Wilmer went for casual looks. She sported a simple black leggings and white collared top, while Wilmer donned a muscle-revealing short sleeved dark top. Demi completed her looks with a pair of dark glasses and accessorized her largely blond hair with a pair of Mickey Mouse ears.

It looks like Demi needs a lot of more fun time while she can have it. The Latina singer will be tied down with her busy schedule in the coming months. She has just finalized a deal to appear in a series of episodes for Fox’s Glee Season 5.

Demi also comes back on the tube for X-Factor USA Season 3. With Simon Cowell and two female judges, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio, the Heart Attack singer will be back on air again after the show premieres from September 11 to 12, Wed and Thursday.

Despite earlier reports that Demi has come back on X-Factor USA with Diva attitude, she insists that all is well between her and the girls.

It will be recalled that an insider was quoted as claiming on June 11, that Demi apparently comes back with “diva attitude, ” reiterating that she acts like she knows it all, being the only female judge to have already sat on the X-Factor judge table.

“[Demi] acts like she’s better than the new judges,” the source was quoted as telling In Touch, according to unrealitytv.co.uk. “She has a ‘this isn’t my first time judging’ type of attitude,” a source was quoted as telling In Touch Weekly, according to unrealitytv.co.uk. "That's fun having a bunch of women on that panel, because it's like girl power and it brings a lighter energy to the show. Instead of having feuds on the panel, there's actually ... It's all positive,” Demi said, according to Entertainmentwise.com.

Despite the nude photos that rocked her 21st birthday celebration on Aug. 20, Demi indeed remains positive. She has yet to speak out about the naked photos allegedly leaked by a former “female” lover. But officials from the X-Factor USA remained steadfast behind Demi in case the scandalous photos do come out.
