'Wayward Pines' season 2 episode 7 spoilers: Theo and Megan tries to know more about the Abbies in 'Time Will Tell'

In Season 2 Episode 7 of “Wayward Pines,” Theo (Jason Patric) and Megan (Hope Davis) will have to get vital information about the Abbies quickly before they fully penetrate the town.

In Episode 6, Theresa died and there seems to be more who will succumb in the next episodes. The Abbies are expected to claim more victims as the people in the town try to get more information about how and why they act and think. More about CJ Mitchum (Djimon Hounsou) will also be revealed. The episode will most likely feature some of his experiences, which turned him into the person that he is at present.

CarterMatt writes that Season 2 Episode 7 is titled “Time Will Tell.” The episode synopsis stated that Theo and Megan will disagree over the intelligence of the Abbies, as the doctor tries to communicate with their leader. There will be an underestimation that will result to deadly consequences. CJ Mitchum also ponders on his life and the huge responsibilities that he was given in the past.

Currently, there appears to be sufficient evidence that indicate how the Abbies are using their intelligence to survive and dominate. However, they do not seem to communicate in the same manner as human beings. Theo and Megan has to determine what makes the Abbies think and how they act quickly, before they overrun the town. They also have to know whether the Abbies are capable of learning and developing new skills, which could be detrimental to their own survival.

In the meantime, the supplies of the town are dropping quickly and Theo is concerned that the remaining medicine will not be enough for all of them soon. CJ also opined that they will run out of food in just a few weeks, so they have to solve the problem with the Abbies first before resupplying.

Vulture notes that aside from CJ, the episode may also focus on Rebecca (Nimrat Kaur) and Theo’s relationship. She might be placed in a situation to choose between Theo and Xander Beck (Josh Helman).

“Wayward Pines” Season 2 Episode 7 will air on July 6, 2016 on FOX. It also airs on Foxtel in Australia.
