Frenchman Sebastian Ogier, who is a rally driver for Volkswagen in the World Rally Championship, or WRC, recently took Barcelona star Neymar for a thrilling ride. Ogier made sure that Neymar would not forget his experience when he took him around the roads of Montserrat.

Two-time world champion Ogier took Neymar for a terrifying tour of Montserrat mountains situated in Spain's Catalonia region. He sure gave Neymar a rally driving experience that he will remember for the rest of his life.

In the video that has been shared in various social media outlets and on Red Bull's official account on YouTube, Ogier was seen driving fast around steep drops in Montserrat. Neymar, at one point, clasped one hand on his forehead after Ogier took a terrorising turn, just on the side of the road barrier.

Neymar also tried his hand at reading the map and plotting the course for Ogier, but he had a little coordination disorder and difficulty in determining right from left. At the end of the ride, Neymar managed to keep his cool in a pretty frightening journey with the 30-year-old French rally champion.

While there is no doubt that Neymar is a soccer genius, his rally driving skills is still up for deliberation, Ogier said in his tweet. It was not said whether the recent pairing of one of world's greatest soccer players and World Rally Champion is a campaign for Red Bull or Volkswagen.

Ogier is the second most successful French rally car driver with two WRC titles after Sebastien Loeb, who has nine titles. However, Ogier doesn't want to be compared with his predecessor. He had a total of nine wins in 2013 (Sweden, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Finland, Australia, France, Spain and London) and eight wins in 2014 (Monte Carlo, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Australia, Spain and London).

Ogier started his rally career at the age of 22. His co-driver for Volkswagen is Julien Ingrassia. Before he pursued his rallying career, Ogier used to be a ski instructor and a professional boules player. Ogier is married to German TV presenter Andrea Kaiser.
