'Vampire Diaries' Season 5 Spoilers: Episode 12 ‘The Devil Inside’ Still Photos Show Damon Salvatore Dealing with Elena, Nadia and Enzo

Photo stills from the "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5, Episode 12 "The Devil Inside" surfaced online to tease the fans about the exciting events that will happen in the second half of the CW TV series. The leaked images show bad boy vampire Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) will have a lot to deal with in the upcoming episode.

In the TV Fanatic report, Augustine vampire Enzo (Michael Malarkey) will be bothering Damon with his proposal of committing revenge together. Click HERE to see the photos.

Damon will also be dealing with Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) in the upcoming episode. The mid-season finale episode "Fifty Shades of Grayson" had Damon ending his romantic relationship with Elena because of his dark past.

The troubled couple will have another heartbreaking argument in Episode 12, as shown in the photo stills, where Elena walks away leaving Damon behind looking hurt. Another person that Damon will deal with is Nadia (Olga Fonda) who appears to have said or done something to cross Damon.

The photo still shows Damon looking ready to strike at Nadia who looks uncomfortable and scared. Other TVD image stills show the return of Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) in Mystic Falls as he helps Matt (Zach Roerig) unload kegs from the truck.

The CW network released the official description for Episode 12 titled "The Devil Inside" and it reads: "SEARCHING FOR THE HIGH ROAD - When Enzo brings Damon a gruesome present and insists that they bond by committing an act of revenge, Damon makes an effort to do the honorable thing. After finding himself in awkward and confusing conversations with Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda), Matt impulsively decides to throw a party, where Caroline (Candice Accola) makes a stunning confession to Elena , then has to face the consequence of her actions with Stefan and Tyler (Michael Trevino). Aaron (guest star Shaun Sipos) does his best to make amends for his family's past misdeeds and start a new life for himself. Finally, Elena suddenly finds herself in a life-threatening situation with only minutes to figure out how to save herself."

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 returns from its winter break on Thursday night, January 23, with the 100^th episode titled "500 Years of Solitude" at 8 p.m. ET on the CW network. Episode 12 "The Devil Inside" is scheduled to air on January 30.
