Another important role in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" film is Elena Lincoln, also known as Mrs. Robinson, the woman responsible for introducing the world of BDSM to handsome billionaire Christian Grey. After recently receiving an Elle Award at the 19th Women in Hollywood event, "Kill Bill" star Uma Thurman is now being considered as a potential actress to portray the said role.

According to The Examiner, "Uma Thurman showed she still has what it takes to turn any man's head, even a gorgeous Christian Grey, when she stepped out for the Elle celebration. The 42-year-old beauty was honored at the ceremony where she flaunted her figure in a tight black dress."

Several movie websites and social networking sites have agreed that Uma Thurman should portray the character of Mrs. Robinson. Slashfilm.com particularly wrote that "Thurman is no stranger to intense, button-pushing material, as she has done the violent side with Quentin Tarantino and the sexual side in the first-ever NC-17 film, Henry & June."

While reading the hit erotic novel by author E.L. James, an anonymous author of the Tumblr page has shared that Uma Thurman first came to mind as Mrs. Robinson and afterwards was convinced that the actress can perfectly portray the dominant role.

Also, British actor Robert Pattinson has described what it was like working with his "Bel Ami" co-star.

"Working with Uma was a pretty crazy experience. Her role was someone more intelligent, more charming, wittier and better in bed than me. Which was obviously very difficult to cast," Pattinson said.

Even though Uma Thurman is currently a favorite choice as Mrs. Robinson, the actress faces tough competition with other reported potential actresses who could perfectly fit with the character such as Cameron Diaz, Charlize Theron, Carla Gugino, Kim Cattrall, Elena Barken, Michelle Pfeiffer, Lena Olin, Angelina Jolie, Diane Lane and Sharon Stone.
