“Twin Peaks” season 3 is returning to small screens and the audience is eagerly waiting for it to air on May 21. The project is very secretive, and hence, as of now, no information about the plot, roles and story has come forth. Michael Bisping, who is playing a small role in the 2017 season, recently has revealed that makers of the show took the secrecy to another level as even an actor like him is still not aware of “what happens” in the show.

The UFC star was roped in for a minor role. “It was only a small part, but it was cool to be a part of it as I’m a big fan of the original,” he wrote on Instagram when he announced about the same.

The English mixed martial artist recently revealed that “Twin Peaks” season 3 was so secretive that even being a part of it he was mostly unaware of what was going on. Bisping said that the makers did not email him the script as they were worried of it being leaked. He said that the discussions happened over phone and he would sometimes write notes while in conversation.

“I had to write it down. They told me over the phone. That’s how secretive they were. It was crazy,” he was quoted as saying. He said that he doesn’t know about the “real plot” for the season. However, he knows about the scenes he was involved in it.

Bisping said that he would also be watching like the audience as he doesn’t have any idea of the main storyline. He just knows about the relevance of the scene he is a part of. “I have no idea what is going to happen in there and I can’t wait to see it,” he told HeyUGuys. He also confessed that he was a huge fan of the show and so he did not think twice about being a part of it, knowing that he would be playing only a small role.

“Twin Peaks” season 3 will premiere at 9PM ET on May 21 on Showtime in the US. In Australia, the show will be streamed on Stan at the same time, which is at 1PM on May 22. The 2017 season comprises of 18 one-hour-long episodes.
