When Oscar Isaac shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the set of “Star Wars: Episode 8,” there was a lot of talk on the internet. The discussion about the movie ranged from the possible reunion of two major characters and the costumes they will wear.

[Spoiler alert]

While paying tribute to Carrie Fisher (Leia), Isaac (Poe Dameron) shared a picture of the actress with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). Birth Movies Death sees this picture as a possible proof that the two actors will finally share a scene together after over three decades.

The report notes that it is possible the two actors were filming their respective scenes on the same day on the set. This, however, may be unlikely. If the reunion of Leia and Luke doesn’t happen, and this picture is the last memory for the fans of the two actors in the same frame; the report says that it is still enough for the heartbroken fans.

Luke was only seen in the last scene in “The Force Awakens,” and is expected to make a big comeback in the galaxy in “Star Wars: Episode 8.” So, an emotional sibling reunion is on the cards.

Another interesting thing to note in the picture is the costumes. Black appears to be the main theme for both the characters. In a video posted on YouTube Mike Zeroh pointed out that the costume Hamill is wearing in the picture appears to be the same one from the flashback sequence in “The Force Awakens.” The character wore a black cloak and a white gown underneath it in that scene.

Mike believes that the black cloak is for flash back scenes in “Star Wars: Episode 8.” For the present time on Ahch-To with Rey (Daisy Ridley) Hamill’s character may be wearing the same costume as the one he wore in the last scene of “The Force Awakens,” with possible minor modifications
