There will be night scenes in “Star Wars: Episode 8,” according to a new report based on a source in Ireland. Meanwhile, another report suggests that the first teaser trailer of the film may be released in March 2017.

[Minor spoilers]

A conversation with a source in Ireland is featured in the new video on Mike Zeroh YouTube channel. The source revealed that a few night scenes were filmed at Skellig Michael, which is standing in for the planet Ahch-To in the upcoming film.

The source also confirmed that there was an action sequence filmed on the island, which seemingly confirms previous leaks about a fight on Ahch-To. The battle is expected to take place between the Knights of Ren and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), along with Rey (Daisy Ridley).

There are other interesting behind-the-scenes bits in the video about what happened while the cast and crew filmed in Ireland. The source apparently also has friends who worked as drivers etc while “Star Wars: Episode 8” was filming, and were in touch with some of the main cast members while they were there.

In another video, Mike speculates that the first teaser trailer of the film will be released sometime in mid to late March in 2017. Kathleen Kennedy has already said that the fans will get to see something as the team prepares for the Celebrations event in April next year.

Mike believes that there will be a teaser released before the Celebrations event, in order to get the fans excited before heading into the event, and start building momentum for the upcoming film. The full trailer may only be released during the event, so the fans can expect at least a title reveal before that.

“Star Wars: Episode 8” is expected to focus on the first Jedi temple storyline, which Luke is said to have been searching for. The source from Ireland also touched on this subject very briefly in the video.
