This summer's Australian "Summadayze" tour will feature some of the most celebrated acts in music, including legendary rapper Snoop Dogg.

Entertainment production titans "Shore Thing" and "Summafieldaye and Summadayze" have announced the first set of artists booked to perform for the "Summadayze Tour" with Snoop Dogg leading the pack. The year-ender festival hitting Adelaide, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Perth will begin on Dec 31 and will run until Jan 3. Talented musician Moby, who is credited for the unforgettable theme for the movie adaptation of "The Beach," is also billed for a couple of sets each tour date. US Rock band Scissor Sisters, a band who won all their nominations for the 2005 BRIT Music Awards, is also expected to perform for the entire duration of the tour.

German trance DJ Marcus Schulz will also play for a couple of tour dates, bringing his different flair of mixing to the shores. Schulz has remixed and produced tracks for industry big hitters like Madonna, Depeche Mode, Telepopmusik, and Fat Boy Slim. Los Angeles "laptop musician" Flying Lotus will perform for some festival dates, as well as British progressive house DJ, Sasha.

In the middle of the Summadayze tour, Shore Thing will also host a New Year's Eve party at Bondi Park in Bondi Beach, giving festival goers and tourists a 5-star holiday vacation with love music entertainment. Tickets for the New Year's Eve party start 1t $128 AU for standard, and $225 and up for the "More Expensive Ticket" or MET. According to a post by The Vine, the so-called "MET" will include the following:

"Fully stocked Cocktail Bar; Entry to the exclusive and exotic Beach Bar featuring a raised platform with direct views of the stage and the whole of Bondi Beach; Comfortable festival-friendly rest rooms, Dedicated concierge with phone charging, cloak room and information service; Canapes, massages and more"

The MET will also give patrons twice the complimentary cocktails and drinks and dedicated luxury coach transportion from and to Bondi Junction
