Taylor Swift has a thing for British boys and apparently Ed Sheeran is her current eye candy. While Ed Sheeran has already denied rumours of him dating Swift, fans have spotted Ed Sheeran multiple times at Swift's hotel room to believe anything else. So did Ed and Taylor hook up or not?

Ed Sheeran isn't the typical boy-next-door type. Before making it big in the music industry, Sheeran had written songs for countless singers of which include One Direction. Ed boost to fame all thanks to his first album, "The A Team." Since then, the Ginger haired singer had been under the constant eye of his fans.

Now, it looks as if Ed is being watched really closely all thanks to his recent "connections." Sheeran was spotted entering and leaving Swift's hotel room. While "Swifties" may claim it was all for making music, other fans believe something else went up. Thankfully, British singer, Sheeran finally spoke up on the issues.

"I did go to her hotel, I did stay there 'til four and I did leave in the same clothes. But I was playing her my new record. It was strictly that kind of thing.. I'm a professional," stated Sheeran.

The singer remains unfazed by all the web tabloid drama. For one, Sheeran is impressed with how one false story is completely rewritten and made true.

"The thing that impressed me with the media is that because they wrote about it, my mates believed it. The fact that people can believe it makes me feel like a bit of a stud, you know? I've got to be honest because one of my best friends did date her. I'm not that kind of guy. But the fact that people believed it impressed me a little bit," explained Sheeran.

As for Sheeran and Swift, both celebrities hooking up is unlikely to happen. According to Sheeran, he isn't anywhere near Taylor's type.

"We had great fun when we met. But I don't think I'm Taylor's type. If you look at all the dudes she's dated, they're all tall, brown hair, brown eyes, very attractive and all the girls scream for them. I am chubby, ginger with blue eyes," stated Sheeran.
