While the press keeps saying there's real beef between Selena Gomez and Barbara Palvin, that doesn't seem to be the case when both stars were snapped together at the Golden Globes 2013 after party. Justin Bieber might have not been in attendance but his ex-girlfriend and quick fling sure made it to the party. So what happened when Gomez and Barbara Palvin crossed paths at the party?

What happens if the ex-girlfriend ends up meeting the girl who is said to be the reason why the relationship ended? Well, people would expect all hell to break loose of course. However, that wasn't what happened when Selena Gomez saw Barbara Palvin at the Golden Globes 2013 after party. If anything, the two appeared fine and happy.

Barbara Palvin wearing a haute Chanel pink dress from the summer-fall collection was seen snapped with Selena Gomez who was wearing an Atelier Versace dress. While "Jelena" fans who are still upset over the split might have expected Gomez to snap, that wasn't what went down. Instead, Gomez made an effort to hang out with the Victoria's Secret Model, Barbara Palvin.

For those living under a rock, Barbara Palvin was the rumored reason to the famous "Jelena" split. Bieber was spotted hanging out with the model at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and again at the "Lion King" Broadway Premiere at New York City.

Palvin denied the rumors that something was going on between her and Justin. Still, fans insist that there was something more than friendship between them. Hilariously though there is really nothing between Palvin and Bieber, given that Palvin is in a serious relationship with her Hungarian boyfriend.

Hopefully, the photo of Selena Gomez and Barbara Palvin hanging out at the Golden Globes 2013 after party is enough to put the rumors to rest. As for Gomez, the 20-year old didn't just hang out with Palvin because a lot of onlookers saw her leave the party with "Hunger Games" hunk, Josh Hutcherson.

By the looks of it, Bieber is definitely old news for Gomez and he doesn't seem to have a chance either with Barbara Palvin.
