China refuses to give excessive emphasis in the youth of the country when it comes to serving airline customers. As an unusual move, China decides to go for what they are likely going to call "Flight Aunties". They are going to appoint older women as flight attendants who may be married with children.

No matter what the age of an air hostess is, she is supposed to follow certain secret rules which determine the success of the airline.

Rule A

An air hostess must remember that she is a sales person. She is responsible for selling various goods for the company, from cheap headphones to overpriced pillows and blankets. Airlines do not sell water yet. That is why she should stay away from serving water unless a passenger specifically requests for the same. Even then, she should serve in tiny cups only.

Rule B

Every air hostess must wear heels (minimum 2-3 in.). This helps air hostesses look taller and more attractive. Even though it is not necessary that a taller air hostess is more attractive, this rule is still followed in most of the airlines.

Rule C

One of the most significant aspects of an air hostess is her make-up. Lipstick and nail polish should always in bright red. In addition to that, they should not apply heavy make-up so that the face maintains its natural grace. Light make-up contrasts with the lipstick which is bright red in color. Long brow should make up eyes. This kind of appearance is designed to make an air hostess look smiley.

Rule D

The color of the hair should preferably be brown so that its signs under light. It can also be black. However, it is not recommended to have orange or red highlights.

Rule E

An air hostess should always smile at passengers. On the other hand, genuine smiles such as laughing loudly should be refrained from especially when a passenger gets too friendly and starts asking for extra favors.
