Recent reports leaked the details on the features, specs and release date for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. SamMobile reports the South Korean company is currently working on a new chip identified as the Exynos 5210 processor to be incorporated in the smaller version of the smart phone that will be released in June or July 2013.

Here are the rumored features and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini:

1. A 4.3-inch Super AMOLED HD screen display with 256ppi density.

2. 1.6GHz Dual-Core CPU.

3. TW Nature UX 2.0 User Interface.

4. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.

5. Dual SIM variants.

The Exynos 5210 is a part of the Exynos 5 Series 8-core processor. The Exynos 5210 processor will feature ARM's big.LITTLE technology with a quad-core structure including the Dual Cortex A15 Cores and Dual Cortex A7 cores.

"Details are unknown but it's thought to feature ARM's big.LITTLE technology in a Quad-Core structure, equipped with Dual Cortex-A15 Cores and Dual Cortex-A7 cores. The Exynos 5210 could also be just a Dual-Core Cortex-A15 SoC," the web site report reads.

The most important feature that will verify whether the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has a dual core or quad core is the existence of LTE. A leaked Twitter image shows the dropdown menu with four different versions of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini's first version is the dual SIM model which allows two mobile accounts running concurrently on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. The second version will reportedly be an LTE model with the dual core chip. The third version is the HSPA+ model with the quad core chip. Lastly, there will be a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini version designed exclusively for the Chinese smart phone market.
