Ariana Grande is quite busy with her upcoming album, her dream date with celeb crush Jim Carrey and the premiere of her latest single "Problem." With all that's happening around Grande, did she notice the hash tag trend on Twitter a few days back? #RIPCatValentine continues to be the trend especially now that the finale episode of "Sam & Cat" is set for April 26.

Will this be the last time fans of the Nickelodeon show, "Sam & Cat" get to see Ariana Grande as Cat Valentine? Well, it might be given the show has already declared going on hiatus.

"We are wrapping up what was an unusually long production cycle of Sam & Cat, and everyone is understandably tired,"says a representative of Nickelodeon in a report by E! News, adding, "We are going into our production hiatus next week which will give everyone on the show a much needed rest."

However, other sources claim the show's hiatus is to be blamed on the feud between its' lead stars, Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande.

"There has been talk about discord on the set, with emotions running high and McCurdy and Grande sometimes showing up late. The grueling, 40-episode shoot has been taxing on everyone. Additionally, McCurdy had been going through a difficult time in her personal life for the past six months and recently had to deal with the leak of racy photos, while Grande's music career has taken off a big time," reports Deadline.

In addition, Jennette's noticeable absence from the Nickelodeon's Kid Choice Awards and her tweet prove that things aren't so chummy on set with Grande.

"I was put in an uncomfortable, compromising, unfair situation (many of you have guessed what it is) and I had to look out for me. I chose to not go because sticking up for what is right and what is fair is what my mom taught me is ALWAYS the most important thing," tweeted McCurdy (via MStarz).

The show's final episode is set to air on April 26 and fans have started to mourn the end of the show. RIP Cat Valentine started to trend on Twitter all thanks to a user posting an alleged chat exchange with her and Grande about the shows' future.

Thankfully, Grande addressed such rumours stating: "I would never address anything like that in a private DM. idk what's happening with the show but I love you and thank u for always being here."

As for "Sam & Cat," after April 26 it will truly be good bye to Ariana Grande's character, Cat Valentine. On the other hand, Jennette McCurdy is quite busy herself being the first ever Tamagotchi brand ambassador.
