Like Ariana Grande who is moving forward after the show "Sam & Cat" hiatus, Jennette McCurdy is taking one step forward at a time. Aside from being the first ever ambassador of Tamagotchi, the Nickelodeon star has undergone a drastic change. The blonde beauty has dyed her hair brunette, for what exactly?

The Nickelodeon show "Sam & Cat" had announced its' hiatus last March which gave fuel to the rumours that its' lead cast, Ariana Grande and Jennette McCurdy, were indeed involved in a feud. According to reports, Grande was paid more than Jennette while other claimed the latter's' sexy selfies were to blame for the shows' cancellation.

"Jennette is locked in a battle with the network over money, claiming that she is getting paid less than her popular co-star," reports Entertainment Wise.

It also doesn't help the fact that Jennette was noticeably absent at the recently held Kid's Choice Awards. While Grande reconciled with her former foe, Victoria Justice at the event, apparently she's got a new foe in the form of McCurdy.

"I was put in an uncomfortable, compromising, unfair situation (many of you have guessed what it is) and I had to look out for me. I chose to not go because sticking up for what is right and what is fair is what my mom taught me is ALWAYS the most important thing," tweeted McCurdy (via MStarz).

Adding fuel to the fire as well was Jennette's date with Victoria Justice. The two Nick stars were spotted at the farmer's market. After their meet, Jennette posted an emotional clip on Vine that was obviously directed at Grande.

"They say actions speak louder than words but actions don't speak. People speak and people are loud," said Jennette in the video.

However, it looks as if Jennette is moving forward. Aside from being named the first ever Tamagotchi ambassadress, McCurdy is making a few extreme makeovers as well starting with her hair. What could this move be all about? Hopefully, "McCurdians" have a new show, movie or album to look forward to from their beloved idol.
