Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Bags Elle Model Of The Year Award For Her Work In Fashion World

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is Model Of The Year. The 27-year-old Victoria's Secret Angel bagged the title at the ELLE Style Awards 2015 on Tuesday night. The blonde beauty was presented with the award by DJ Calvin Harris during the gala ceremony held at London’s newly opened Sky Garden in the Walkie Talkie building at Fenchurch St.

The girlfriend of Hollywood's action man Jason Statham wore a revealing short leather dress which showed off her tall frame. Elle magazine recognised Huttington-Whiteley for her contribution to the fashion industry in a span of more than a decade. Rosie has walked the ramp for various high-end international designers including Burberry, Prada, Givenchy and Balmain.

According to Elle magazine, the long-legged beauty kicked off her modelling career as a teenager when she was just 16-years-old. The supermodel has been a regular at the Victoria's Secret Angel shows for many years and has also been the face of Autograph at Marks & Spencer's fragrance. According to Elle, working with Marks & Spencer's fragrance section has been “the most fulfilling thing” of Rosie's career.

The dedicated model told Elle magazine in February that she finds it hard to say no to any work that comes her way as she is very “ambitious” and loves to work. “You have to make hay while the sun shines. Work is a huge priority in my life, because I know that, someday, it won’t be,” Huttington-Whiteley is quoted as saying to Elle.

On maintaining her envious figure, Huntington-Whiteley told the magazine that she has shifted her focus from dieting to working out. The British model told the magazine that she was often given “bad advice” about dieting and it did more harm to her body. She has now stopped counting calories and started enjoying exercising.

The British beauty was also asked by the magazine why has she not yet married a rich guy like most of her peers. Huntington-Whiteley told the magazine that she wants to make money for herself as long as she is in the limelight. The model has been living with Statham since 2010 and has said in her previous interview that she wants to have children with him.
