As it turns out, the CES 2015 event is not just about the introduction of new devices. Apparently, Qualcomm is celebrating the CES 2015 by offering sweepstakes, which allows participants over age 18 or older to win killer prizes for a total of four days. Nonetheless, this offer is applicable only to the U.S. participants. This sweepstake offer started on Jan. 6 and it reportedly ends on Jan. 9.

This sweepstake offer from the chipmaker is called "Qualcomm #InventForBetter." According to the sweepstakes norm, interested parties are requested to log into Twitter and send out an answer to the question "what you would do with a device powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor?" in the form of a tweet with the hashtag #InventForBetter, notes Phone Arena.

It is worth noting that, there are various prizes listed out for each day of the CES 2015 event. Apparently, on Jan. 6, a Verizon version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, a Samsung Galaxy S5 and a Samsung Gear S smartwatch were in offer. On Jan. 7, a HTC Desire EYE and a GoPro Hero4 Black were offered to the U.S. participants. And today i.e. Jan. 8, a Motorola Droid Turbo handset, along with a GoPro Hero4 Black is waiting to be offered to the selected participants. For those unfamiliar, the GoPro Hero4 Black is a 4K Ultra HD high-resolution camera that has the capability to capture 12 MP burst photos. In addition, there is a SuperView video capture mode that can be used to shoot in ultra wide angles. Notably, this camera uses Qualcomm Atheros technology for Wi-Fi connectivity. This technology is known to integrate professional quality video and photo captured using the impressive built-in touch display.

Meanwhile, on Jan. 9, which is also the last day of the sweepstake, the devices that are lined up to be offered are a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, an Amazon Fire Phone and a Fire TV. However, readers should note that, in any case, one individual can send out only one entry each day. Potential participants of the Qualcomm CES 2015 sweepstake can head to Qualcomm's official Web site for more details and rules on this offer.
