Japan's Sony Corp is hammering out plans to rise from the ashes of nearly $10 billion lost in six years by building a future around its last consumer electronics blockbuster - the PlayStation. Sony plans to reposition the video console warhorse as a hub for a network of streamed services, according to three senior officials, offering social media, movies and music as well as games. November is fast coming to a close and the final month of 2014 will bring in one of the more exciting events for PS4 fans. It seems that there will be quite the number of games that will make an appearance in the event.

DualShockers has caught the latest PlayStation Blogcast and it was there that Sony announced that there will be "a lot more" in store for the December event. The games and developers that will be showing up at the PlayStation Experience have not all been specified yet, but given the scale of the two-day event happening on December 6 and 7, it's expected that Sony will also have a few more surprises along the way.

Speaking of the PlayStation Experience, another title has been revealed to debut at the December event. GameNGuide reports that "Grim Fandango Remastered" for the PS4 and PS Vita will be seen in public for the first time. The game will be playable at the event, which is reportedly its last venue before it finally becomes available on the two PlayStation platforms.

The video below is a short teaser of the title, game designer Tim Schafer talks a little about the event, as it is basically an invitation to check out "Grim Fandango" at the event. For those who are not familiar, "Grim Fandango" originally came out in 1998 as an adventure game on the PC, while the remake will be seeing some updated graphics and better controls.

Another event that fans can look forward to is Black Friday, which will be rolling in next week. With that, Sony has also announced two more bundles fans in the U.S. and Canada can avail of. And these bundles will be introducing two new games matched with the PS4.

Announced via the PlayStation Blog, the first bundle is the "Grand Theft Auto V" PS4 Black Friday 2014 bundle, which come with the PS4 500GB, a copy of the "GTA V" game and a digital download voucher for "The Last of Us Remastered" at $399.99. There's an added bonus here for those who have already played "GTA V" on the PS3. Apart from the transfer capability of "GTA Online" characters and progress from last-gen to next-gen console, players will also get access to exclusive items, such as weapons and vehicles.

The Black Friday 2014 bundle is the "LEGO Batman 3" PS4 bundle, which will offer the console with 500 GB and a copy of the LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham" and the "LittleBigPlanet 3", also for $399.99. This is one of the better deals that PlayStation fans may want to grab hold of, especially those who still don't have a PS4. Though it's best to hurry while supplies last.
