Now that all bets are off for Prince William and Kate Middleton’s second royal baby, the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is set to give birth in mid-to-end of April with fans waiting anxiously for the child’s name. The royal couple is still staying mum when it comes to royal baby no.2’s name and sex with fans betting for Alice for Prince George’s sister and James for the one-year-old’s brother.

Elizabeth is the former leading name for Prince William’s little princess but a wave of supporters for Alice put Elizabeth in the second spot. It seems that most royal fans are all gunning for a girl with fans betting five times the amount of money for a girl than a boy.

But aside from the obvious royal names, some fans are betting for names that seemed way too far from the usual. The top pick from the outside bets is Tyrone (100/2) followed by Macbeth, Ringo, Chardonnay, Nige, Joffrey, Winston, Romeo, Wayne and Derek. The odds are based on the combined results on Paddy Power, Ladbrokes and Coral Time.

“Coral and Paddy Power are taking bets on whether Kate will be wearing a blue dress (3/1), pink (9/1) or even orange (33/1) when she leave,” according to Metro. “You can also make a bet on the next birth being triplets (66/1) or twins (20/1) or whether it will be Prince William or the Duchess holding the baby when they emerge from the hospital.”

The Duchess gave birth to Prince George at St. Mary’s Hospital in London and according to Mirror the pregnant Kate Middleton is set to give birth in the same maternity suite.

Meanwhile, the pregnant Kate Middleton attended her final three public engagement before she will get her hands full with two babies.
