You know a game is anticipated when it's able to move copies even before it has been released in all targeted areas. This is what happened with "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire."

Even before it was able to launch in Europe over the weekend, Forbes reports that the title has already sold over 3 million units. The report comes from Japanese magazine Famitsu, which also adds that of the 3.04 million units moved, over 1.5 million are those from Japan. Again, that figure does not consider any movement from the European territory, as it only included Japan, Australia and North America last Nov. 21.

It should also be noted that "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" is already a remake of the GameBoy title. The fact that fans are still waiting for the remake only proves that the title is not only worth the re-do, but also that the additions are worth playing the games again.

But even though players should now have their hands on the game, there's still the issue of a game-breaking bug spotted in-game. Nintendo Enthusiast reports that The Pokemon Company has already confirmed that a patch is coming to fix it. This is different from the "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" patch version 1.1, which was released late last week.

This version is now the 1.2 update, and it's one that will reportedly arrive this December. The source even spotted a statement from the developer regarding the upcoming patch.

"This patch v. 1.2, is due for release early next month [December] and will fix a glitch where the game may freeze when the game shifts to the ending movie from the Hall of Fame." The glitch happens after the last boss of the stage, after beating the champion of the Elite Four.

In the meantime, fans can enjoy hunting and catching the different Pokemons in "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire." Fans have been very vigilant about catching and completing what could be the most comprehensive Pokedex that the title can offer so far.

Polygon has spotted a video that shows off all of the Shiny Mega Evolutions that can be found in the game. According to the game below, there are a total of 48 Shinies that can be seen in the game, though one of them is the Shiny Beldum, which was part of the in-game distribution back in Nov. 21. Best to try and catch this while waiting for the patch 1.2.
