Carina was revealed to be a “brilliant young scientist” who will be seeking a treasure that has the power to “unlock an eternal curse.” Bailey later announced that Bloom will be reprising his role as Will Turner in “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” and noted that the character hasn’t been seen on the big screen for a while now.
