With her recent interview with Today Show's Matt Lauer, Pippa Middleton, Kate Middleton's sister, has confirmed the Duchess is pregnant with her second child.

Weeks after Kate's pregnancy rumors started, Pippa finally confirmed the news after so many speculations, including Kate's recent weight gain and looking bloated.

"Sources say that Pippa was telling a few people behind-the-scenes that her sister was pregnant, and that Prince George would be getting a new sibling pretty soon," Celebdirty Laundry reported.

"She wouldn't reveal the gender of the baby, but perhaps they haven't found out yet."

If Pippa's right about the reported pregnancy, the news is something recent and the couple is still trying to keep it a secret.

"Kate's appearance has also shifted recently, taking on an extremely tired and bloated look. As we know, she faced a lot of health issues when she was pregnant with George the first time, and it's possible that she's going through the same problems again," the gossip Web site added.

During her interview on American TV, Pippa mainly talked about being an aunt to Prince George and how close she is with her royal sister.

"Obviously, she has pressures that she's taking on and things, but we spend a lot of time together. We still do a lot together as a family," Pippa told Lauer when she was asked if her relationship with her sister changed after she took her role with the royal family.

"I think that's sort of the heart for all of us, is having a really close family. We have a very normal sisterly relationship. We're very close. We support each other," she added in an interview posted on The Washington Post.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were recently photographed while cheering on Andy Murray from the royal box at London's All England Club on July 3.

But their presence was not good enough as the 2013 Wimbledon champion was defeated by Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov in a shocking 1-6, 6-7, 2-6 loss.

Joining Princess Beatrice and Boyfriend Dave Clark in the royal box, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were shocked and disappointed when the former British champ lose to his opponent.

Prince William placed his hands on his head, while Kate literally dropped her jaw when the final score was announced.
