American songstress Pink has become the latest celebrity to slam the haters on Twitter who have ridiculed her for looking fat. The 35-year-old singer attended the 30th Annual Odyssey Ball in Beverly Hills over the weekend wearing a smart black dress. However, when her pictures surfaced online she received a lot of negative comments on her body weight.

The “There You Go” singer did not take the criticism from social media by just keeping quiet but chose to stand up against it. She posted a long message on her Twitter account where she bashed the critics who slammed her weight. The singer wrote that “some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight” even when she was attending a cancer benefit to support one of her friends.

The singer was surprised at the fact that people chose to ignore the important news of her friend Dr. Maggie DiNome, who was given a Duke Award but instead focused on trivial issues, such as her body weight. “While I admit that the dress didn’t photograph as well as it did in my kitchen, I will also admit that I felt very pretty,” Pink wrote on Twitter. She also added that she actually felt “beautiful” in that black dress.

Keeping her sarcastic tone in place, Pink then continued her message by thanking those who offered concern about her weight gain. She told them politely that none of their concerns are needed as she is not worried about them either. “I am perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy strong body is having some much deserved time off,” the singer wrote.

She concluded her post by “thanking” her critics for their “concern” and signed off by writing, “Love, cheesecake.” The singer's Twitter messages to her critics did not end here. She went ahead and posted pictures of herself with her motocross racer husband Carey Hart and daughter Willow too, where they appreciate her body. The singer is getting huge support from her fans on Twitter who are appreciating the way she reacted to Twitter trolls.
