"Person of Interest," or “POI” which stars Jim Caviezel (John Reese), Michael Emerson (Harold Finch), Kevin Chapman (Lionel Fusco), Sarah Shahi (Sameen Shaw) and Amy Acker (Root), will air the episode titled “Terra Incognita” on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., ET/PT on the CBS Television Network.

After protecting the Chief Executive Officer, or CEO of a software company in “POI” episode 19 “Search and Destroy,” Reese will take on a cold case that was left behind by the late Detective Jocelyn "Joss" Carter (“Empire’s” Taraji P. Henson). Carter was killed by Officer Patrick Simmons (Robert John Burke) in “POI” Season 3.

Before she got killed, Carter saved Carl Elias (Enrico Colantoni). That's why when Simmons killed her, Elias ordered Scarface/Anthony Marconi (David Valcin) to kill Simmons.

TV Guide reports that in this episode, Reese will try to solve a homicide case that was previously assigned to Detective Carter. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to close it because she already passed away. Reese wants to finish the case in honour of Carter’s memory. But it will be a dangerous task. However, Reese is willing to risk his life for it.

“Terra Incognita” will feature several guest stars including Zachary Booth (Adam Peterson), Elena McGhee (Housekeeper), John Dinello (Clerk), William DeMeo (Carlo) and Patch Darragh (Gil). The Internet Movie Database, or IMDb also reports that Paul Diomede (Jerome), Matthew J. Harris (Chef) and Al Sapienza (Detective Raymond Terney) will be part of this episode.

The next “Person of Interest” Season 4 episodes after “Terra Incognita” are “Asylum” and “YHWH.” “Asylum” (“POI” Season 4, episode 21) will air on April 28, 2015. CBS reports that the “Person of Interest” Season 4 Finale “YHWH” (episode 22) will be aired on May 5, 2015 at 10/9c.
