The Print Shop is the most anticipated scene in “Outlander” Season 3. The scene is being filmed this week. Cast member Sam Heughan decided to play a small prank online by sharing a video that he said was Caitriona Balfe in the scene.

“Want to see Cait in the printshop?” Heughan asked on his twitter page. The video he shared later was actually that of a cat playing with a printer. In a previous tweet, the actor teased that they are in fact filming the actual scene for the TV series right now.

The hard work the cast and crew put in for each scene in each episode is paying off. The show has now won Most Bingeworthy Award at the Critics Choice Awards. Heughan and Balfe also had a funny conversation online about the nomination and how to have fun at the event.

The team is almost halfway through the filming of the new season. “Outlander” Season 3 will have 13 episodes, just like the previous season. The first season was the longest with 16 episodes that was split into two with a brief break in the middle.

The next season will begin from right where the story left off in Season 2. So, the fans will get to see the Battle of Culloden in the premiere episode. The story will later shift to Ardsmuir Prison.

New cast member David Berry (Lord John Grey) said in an interview with Showcase at the Annual Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts that it is great to work with Heughan, suggesting that he may have filmed some of the scenes for the show already. He described his character as an army general in charge of Ardsmuir prison, and has “stuff” to do with Jamie and maybe Claire.

Apart from the main storyline of Jamie in the 1740s, “Outlander” Season 3 will also show the flash forward scenes of Claire in Boston.
