The third part of the Web series "The Originals: Awakening" showed what Kol Mikaelson (Nathaniel Buzolic) can do in order to take down Klaus (Joseph Morgan). However, one of his witch alliances think that the Original vampire is already taking things too far in creating the weapon that can kill his hybrid brother.

The scene begins with witches Mary-Alice Claire (Keri Lynn Pratt) and Astrid (Aleeah Rogers) in a Lafayette cemetery tomb working on the dark witchcraft "Kemiya" that Kol taught them to turn the silver dagger into gold so that Klaus' heart can be stopped. However, Mary-Alice admitted that the powerful process turned them half-mad.

Kol arrives to see that the witches failed in their mission and demands them to finish working on the weapon since they have been doing it for weeks already. An impatient Kol explained that his family is becoming even more insufferable especially during the holidays so they need to speed up the process of creating the dagger for Klaus.

Mary-Alice explains that she and Astrid have tried everything but they must need a bigger diamond in order for the spell to work. The witch further revealed to Kol that they can obtain the diamond from a dowager who only leaves her mansion on Sundays for mass.

The next scene shows Kol killing everyone inside the church to get what he needs with the use of the Devil's Star, a dark object they created that can inflict a thousand cuts to anyone hit by the weapon. Mary-Alice and Astrid walks in the church to see the monstrous thing that Kol did.

Kol reasoned that he did not know what the dowager looked like so he decided that it is best to just kill them all. "You knew she didn't look like the altar boy," Astrid responded in disgust.

Because of what Kol did, Astrid no longer wanted to help the Mikaelson sibling and be a part of his evil plan. However, Mary-Alice convinces her friend that they should continue with their work because they have already come that far.

The Web series ends with Kol giving Mary-Alice a kiss for siding with him before he disappears to go to dinner with his family. Watch "The Originals - The Awakening: Part 3" Web series below. The third installment exclusively from Target has been shared as well on "The Originals" Facebook page.
