There is no bad blood between “Orange is the New Black” star Ruby Rose and her former fiancé Phoebe Dahl. The two have said that their separation is mutual and that they want nothing but the best for each other.

Speaking to TMZ, Dahl revealed that they called off their engagement over Thanksgiving at the end of November.

On Monday, Rose broke her silence after the split via Twitter. She wrote, "@FAIRCLOTHSUPPLY remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together." The actress added that she is a better person because of what they shared.

Dahl replied, "You have brought me to my best and I will always love you. I can't wait to see what the future brings for us."

Prior to calling off the engagement, the two had not been seen together in public since the GQ Men of the Year Awards in Nov. 10. Dahl’s representatives confirmed that the designer already moved out of Rose’s home in LA.

In an interview with US Weekly, Dahl admitted that they are still in love and would continue supporting each other. She also clarified that the breakup is not caused by any social media speculation, and she thanked those people who respected their privacy after the split.

New York Daily News reports that despite clear admiration of the pair for each other, their well-documented relationship suffered from busy work schedules and constant travel.

The pair got engaged in March 2014 after dating for three months and three failed proposals. Back in August, Dahl said that she didn’t believe in love at first sight until she met Rose at a barbecue party that she threw a year and a half ago.

Rose is a 29-year-old Australian model-actress who played the character Stella Carlin in Season 3 of “Orange is the New Black.”
