They got the looks. They got the voice. But a source reveals that the members of One Direction have two left feet - - apparently, they can’t dance. Will this lack of skills to wow fans with dance moves prevent 1D enjoy a career for decades?

Being a music artist does not only mean having a good voice and the right song to hit the airwaves. In this day and age, fans idolise artists who can give them the whole package - - the looks, the voice and skills to dance their way on stage.

But One Direction may not have the last element any fan is looking for their idols. And this could be one big challenge the English-Irish boy band has yet to reckon with. Not this early, in this career, that is.

One Direction propelled to international stardom after coming out third in “The X Factor UK” in 2010. Since then, they have enjoyed solid, devoted fans, particularly in the UK. But they became a household name when they decided to move to the U.S. in 2012.

The English-Irish boy band even outranked Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus as Billboard’s Most Powerful Young Artists in 2013. It topped the “21 Under 21” by Billboard released in Sept 2013. The group outnumbered Canadian teen sensation and controversial, twerky singer, Justin and Miley.

They have topped the UK chart two years in a row, making them the only UK group in history of music to nab the top spot in two consecutive years.

But how long can they keep this up? Won’t the fans get tired listening to their music? They can’t be “forever young” and they will not be cute as long as they hope to be. They got to have a back up plan. - - that means having more aces up in their sleeve to keep their fans wanting.

We know they can sing. We know they have the cutest looks - - who doesn’t love Harry Styles’ curly locks and Liam Payne’s six-pack?

But what most fans may not know - - Harry can’t dance. And Harry is not the only one. A source revealed that all One Direction boys do not have the skills to sway on the dance floor.

''That's the Achilles' heel in Harry's training," the source revealed, according to Mstarz.

The source continued, "He can't dance and neither can any of the 1D boys - their choreographer recognised early on they shouldn't dance on stage.''

The group, however, reportedly recognise this limitation and has, in fact, been eyeing ways to improve on their skills in hopes to travel the road Mick Jagger had.

''Harry wants a career spanning decades like Mick's and to have that he recognises fitness, health and developing his body is the key," the source noted.

And the 1D boys have a plan.

''He spoke to [his trainer] Torje about Jagger's intense routine of kick-boxing, running, weights and, most importantly, ballet," the source added, referring to Harry and his moves to develop his body.

This certainly is one good direction for the boys, isn’t it?
