Nokia's latest Windows Phone flagship, the Nokia Lumia 928, recently surfaced on the internet with leaked images of the upcoming smart phone. The Nokia Lumia 928, sporting a much thinner and lighter aluminum body design compared to the Nokia Lumia 920, will reportedly have a release date through Verizon this April 2013.

The leaked black Nokia Lumia 928 smart phone images initially appeared at the Twitter account @evleaks before spreading to the other social networking web sites. For the features and specifications, details were first reported in January 2013 which was verified through the March 2013 FCC listing.

Previous reports claimed that Nokia Lumia 928 will have a xenon flash to match the remarkable 8MP PureView camera of the latest smart phone. Other reports suggest the Nokia Lumia 928 will have similar features and specifications with the Nokia Lumia 920 smart phone.

Nokia Lumia 928 will reportedly have a 4.5-inch OLED display instead of the IPS LCD screen in the Lumia 920, an 8.7MP PureView camera with OIS technology with LED flash. Nokia's latest creation measures 10.2mm thin compared to Lumia 920's 10.7mm measurement. However, there are contradicting reports pointing to a polycarbonate body for the Nokia Lumia 928 instead of the aluminum body design.

According to The Verge report, the Nokia the Lumia 928 release date and arrival will be happen this April on Verizon Wireless. The Nokia Lumia smart phone supports the network's "Simultaneous Voice and LTE (SVLTE) and it will be shipped as well with the Windows Phone 8 GDR2 update.

The Nokia Lumia 928 will be branded at the Verizon Wireless U.S. network and the Finnish company's new Nokia smart phone is predicted to defy the exclusive AT&T Nokia Lumia 920.
