Russian web site WP7Forum.ru shared a video that shows the Nokia Lumia 920 smart phone battling the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the conducted "Video Stabilization" test. The result of the comparison test declares Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 with the PureView 2.0 technology as the smart phone with better video stabilization footage than the Samsung Galaxy S4.

In the video, the two smart phones are attached to a toy car on video record mode while being pulled around the floor. Nokia Lumia 920 showed a better video image quality, thanks to the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) system incorporated in the smart phone.

Nokia's remarkable OIS system can provide video imaging at approximately 50% more movements per second up to approximately 500 movements per second compared to the usual OIS systems. Nokia Lumia 920 further excels in other features with the 8MP PureView camera with the Carl Zeiss optics.

The Nokia camera has the capability to utilize slower shutter speed for photographs that allows capturing more light on the image. Captured images are often blurry without a camera flash but the Nokia OIS system is designed to stabilize the camera sensor and provide bright and clear images despite the low-light or dark conditions.

For the Samsung Galaxy S4, the video imaging capabilities come from the 13MP camera sensor that can take pictures with the front- and rear-facing cameras at the same time. A dual video call recording is featured as well that allows the Samsung Galaxy S4 users to make a video call and show the person on the other end of the line what you are looking at which is comparable to the dual camera capture mode.
