Fans of British actress Emma Watson became curious regarding the tattoos shown on her recently released GQ magazine cover if they were real or not. The Emma Watson tattoos were immediately disclosed as fake and only inked for her character in "The Bling Ring" film.

GQ magazine recently featured the 22-year-old actress in a sexy cover photo showing some skin with the visible tattoos from the revealing outfit similar to Julia Robert's prostitute character in the film "Pretty Woman" paired with huge hoop earrings. "The Bling Ring" movie still photos reveal that the actress also has a fake tattoo on her lower back.

Emma Watson admitted that she was definitely challenged in portraying her "Bling Ring" character because she was able to say goodbye to her young and innocent character Hermione Granger in the "Harry Potter" films.

"This has been a really big departure for me. It's a really big character. That's so exciting for me because it meant I was really acting. The character is everything that I felt strongly against. She's superficial, materialistic, vain and amoral. She's all of these things and I realized that I hated her," Watson stated.

Furthermore, the talented actress explained why she decided to portray a character that she despised. "I found it really interesting and it gave me a whole new insight into what my job or my role as an actress could be," Watson revealed.

Another upcoming movie project gives Emma Watson a very busy work schedule. The actress will be making an appearance as herself in the upcoming film titled "This is the End." The raunchy comedy movie stars James Franco, Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill with a scheduled cinema release in the United States on June 12, 2013 while "The Bling Ring" limited US release is on June 14, 2013.
