Nicki Minaj stole the show at Saturday Night Live as she impersonated Kim Kardashian's much talked-about nude photo-shoot. James Franco hosted the show where Minaj poked fun at Beyoncé as well.

Kim Kardashian grabbed attention with her nude photo-shoot for Paper magazine which involved full frontal nudity. However, she was also at the centre of endless sarcasm as her naked derriere was made fun of on several occasions. It was Minaj's opportunity to make a statement on the photo-shoot which she had claimed to "break the internet." Minaj impersonated the Kardashian sister and talked about the photo-shoot in the show. Daily Mail reported that she had generously allowed viewers to enjoy her cleavage in plenty as she wore a tight white dress. Minaj impersonated an outraged Kim K who did not like that the photo-soot had been "completely misinterpreted."

Minaj tried to explain, by pretending to be Kim, those nude poses had been intended to mean something totally different from what it actually might have turn out to be. She said that the actual backgrounds were removed so the meaning was not interpreted properly. Minaj showed her face placed on Kim's body while a doctor was checking the bare body. She said that it was meant to be a public service announcement about getting regular check-ups from the gynaecologist. The next photo showed another viral photo where Kim placed a champagne glass on her buttock. The edited version of the photo had the background of a classroom chalkboard. 'See! It was actually part of a math competition for high school seniors,'Minaj quipped, 'And spoiler alert - x equals full frontal!'

Minaj also said that the photo showing Kim's full frontal nudity had been meant to be Kim K's "Hankkah card" from her Jewish friends. She said that the image was supposed to be repeated several times so that it looked like a Hanukkah candle stick. According to Minaj, the photo where Kim's rear was covered in oil was supposed to be "a warning about the Keystone Pipeline."

Minaj also pretended to be Beyoncé on the show. She wore a revealing light blue bodysuit apparently showing that she did not flaunt any underwear. Kate McKinnon hilariously impersonated Justin Bieber in the skit where Minaj did a Beyoncé. Rolling Stone reported that Minaj's Beyoncé was much more "polished" than her Kim K.
