Former Nickelodeon star, Victoria Justice has just released her latest single, "Shake" from the "Gold" album. Of course, "Victorious" fans can't help but debate which single between Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande is better. Which Nick star has the better song: Ariana Grande's "The Way" or Victoria Justice's' "Shake?"

Fans of "Victorious" might not have any more reason to celebrate given the show was cancelled late last year. As to the reasons why, the management had claimed it as a story over and done that fans had to move on. Yet, in a Twitter feud between Ariana and Victoria, the reason was blaringly obvious that the latter had plans of her own.

Ironically, Ariana Grande was the first to release her single, "The Way" featuring Mac Miller. Grande's single had already reached platinum meaning the song has already sold a whopping 1,000,000 copies. Judging from Ariana's tweet, the "Sam & Cat" star was taken by surprise.

"The Way went platinum today!!!! Mom and I are crying. THANK YOU SO MUCH," stated Ariana, adding, "Music has been my passion since I was a little girl and now I have my first platinum record at 19. No words to express my gratitude!!!!"

"It's about just like, loving somebody so much that you just can't describe it," continued Grande about the song, adding, "Like it's just the best feeling in the world. The beginning phases of love when everything is so exciting and you just get butterflies."

"The Way" is just the first step for Grande with her album, "Daydreamin'" set for release on August. On the other hand, Grande's former co-star, Victoria Justice released her latest single as well. Fans of Victoria should be ready to "Shake" to her latest single that is already available on iTunes along with her album, "Gold." Justice is set to tour this summer as an opening act to Big Time Rush.

So which Nickelodeon star has the better song or has the better singer? Given Grande's single has already gone platinum in just a matter of weeks, could Victoria Justice to the same "justice" on her single as well? Hopefully, Victoria's decision of pursuing a solo career in the middle of "Victorious" was a great decision to make.
