The LG Nexus 5 (2015) is one of the Google Nexus 2015 smartphone that is slated to get unleashed at the end of September. It is currently under the wraps, but a fresh photo of the rear panel of the handset has surfaced that confirms its purported specs.

According to Android Pit, a trusted source has sent a new photo the LG Nexus 5 (2015). The rear panel of the handset houses a fingerprint sensor under the raised camera lens. Rumors have it that it features a 13 MP camera enabled with Optical Image Stabilization feature.

On the left side of the camera lens, there is a dual-LED flash and another module for laser autofocus. The publication added that the camera performance of the LG Nexus 5 (2015) will not be better than that of LG G4.

Android Authority reported that the handset will be launched with the name – LG Nexus 5X. It will be available in two internal storage editions of 16 GB and 32 GB with respectively pricing of $399 and $449.

The LG Nexus 5X will be in blue, white and black colors. It will ship with the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Rumours are rife that the handset will be officially unveiled on Sept. 29 at a launch event in San Francisco.4

Once announced, it will be immediately made available for purchase on Google Store. The purported Huawei Nexus 6 (2015) is also expected to launch alongside the LG Nexus 5X.

The LG Nexus 5X will be arriving with a 5.2-inch display. As of this writing, there is no confirmation on whether it will support full HD or Quad HD resolution.

It will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset that will be assisted by 3 GB of RAM. It will be packed with a battery of 2,700 mAh capacity. As of this writing, there is no official confirmation on the specs and features of the LG Nexus 5 (2015).
