The Next Selena Gomez: Kendall Jenner to Work on Music Career?

After releasing the latest collection for PacSun, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians'" Kendall Jenner is allegedly working on her music career. Given the attention the "Come & Get It" singer has been receiving as of late, Kris Jenner wishes the same luck for Kendall. Will Kendall Jenner hopefully be the next Selena Gomez?

Everyone has seen Kendall and Kylie Jenner of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" grow up. From the cute kids that they were to gorgeous and fashionable ladies, it's not surprising that Kris Jenner has bigger hopes for the girls. In a report by the Star, a source close to Kris Jenner claims she wants Kendall to become the next Selena Gomez.

Kris Jenner has already reached out to music mogul "Babyface", Kenneth Edmonds. Edmonds can help stars like Kendall to nurture her talents and ability. Of course, fans are left wondering if Kendall really has the talent to pull off the right notes. Still, Kris isn't the least worried and thinks Kendall can "lip-sync" her way to the top like other singers do.

"Kris isn't concerned about the fact that Kendall can't really sing, and jokes that pop stars lip-sync anyway," states the source.

For one, Selena Gomez whom Kris Jenner is pinning for her daughter hasn't been caught lip-syncing. Stars like Ashlee Simpson are those pop stars caught lip-syncing during their concerts.

As for Kendall Jenner, the 18-year old reality star and model is currently busy searching for the perfect gift for Kris Jenner. In a report by E! Online, Kendall is looking for a pet pig to which Scott Disick thinks is the wrong idea.

"I want to see if we should maybe get mom one," says Kendall to which Scott replies, "You're thinking about getting your mom a pig as a pet? She'll never take care of it."
