The upcoming Marvel series “Jessica Jones” is set to launch on Netflix on Nov. 20, and a new trailer recently surfaced featuring the titular character beating a bunch of opponents.

Wired notes that compared to the creepy first full trailer, the new one showcases the noir aura from the comics and shows Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) giving several bad guys a hard time. The footage, titled “Marvel’s Jessica Jones - Official Footage 2” on YouTube, lasts two minutes and 44 seconds.

The video description details Jones’ background, stating that she had a short-lived superhero stint after a tragedy. Jones is bent on rebuilding her personal life and career by working as a private detective in Hell’s Kitchen.

“It’s time the world knew her name…” the description reads.

At the start of the trailer, Jones is seen having some drinks at a bar. She is talking to Luke Cage (Mike Colter), who says that she is a hard-drinker with a short temper. At one point, a steamy scene between Jessica and Luke is shown, hinting that the two characters will become intimate as the series progresses.

Jones' private investigation firm, Alias Investigations, is also presented in the video, together with some scenes of her seemingly monitoring someone. She tells Cage that there is one other person who knows who she really is. The trailer hints that someone is watching Jessica, which is most likely the Purple Man (David Tennant), who has unique mind-control powers, as he is seen compelling several police officers to point their guns at each other, io9 reports.

Jeryn Hogarth (Carrie-Ann Moss) is also shown in the trailer. Hogarth is a lawyer who will provide the link for Netflix’s upcoming “Iron Fist” show.

As for the parts where Jessica manhandles several guys with “The Day Is My Enemy” by The Prodigy playing in the background, one scene shows her beating a guy with a baseball bat. Another has her throw a man through a glass door, while the next shows her kicking one off against a wall painting. As expected, there will be a lot of smashing and bursting as Jones searches for her enemies.

The “Jessica Jones” premiere episode will air on Nov. 20 on Netflix.
