After quite some time of being too secretive, the team behind “American Horror Story” has released some teasers to keep its viewers guessing at what is to be featured in its sixth season.

The teasers feature dark imagery which keeps viewers guessing as to what exactly they are; as how they always did. Even so, they still give absolutely no answers as to the next season’s plot. MTV says that it will be set in the present with echoes from the past, and that it will be less ornate than the last one.

While FX has released six teasers for the upcoming season, it is still unknown as to what the next season will feature. What is almost certain at this point is that it will feature creepy children; even way creepier than the children were in the past seasons.

This first video gives out some chills as dark silhouettes of what appear to be children, with bright eyes approach the screen. It ends with what appears to be a six and a question mark which up to this point, nobody knows what such symbols point out to.

The second video features what appears to be a millipede crawling across a girl’s scalp and unto her forehead while she hums a tune. Again, it ends with the mysterious question mark and the number six.

The third one seems like it points out to the very beginnings of “American Horror Story” as it features what appears to be a haunted house in the middle of nowhere.

Things get a little creepier as this video captioned as “What’s Cooking?” features a house in the middle of a field, when what sounds like a chainsaw revs up and is followed by a loud scream.

Again, the tune hummed by the girl with the millipede on her hair earlier plays while the camera zooms in on a crib with dangling objects from above. As it gets closer, those objects do not become what they seem. What looked like children’s toys from afar are actually some knives and cryptic symbols from earlier. Then, what appears to be the demon baby pulls out one of the knives.

“American Horror Story” returns on September 14, 2016 on FX. It also airs on Channel Eleven in Australia.
